Plattformen er en nettside- og mobil-app som vi gjør tilgjengelig via nettleseren din og et app-basert grensesnitt som er tilgjengelig for nedlasting.

Du velger selv om du vil bruke nettbasert eller app-basert grensesnitt, eller begge deler. Plattformen muliggjør sømløs samhandling og samarbeid mellom aktører og deltakere i nybyggprosjekter. Du kan blant annet kommunisere med involverte aktører, laste opp avtaler eller andre dokumenter, gjøre tilvalg, administrere reklamasjoner og endringsforespørsler, motta tilbud fra underleverandører og motta tilbud for digital signering.

Du erkjenner og samtykker i at vi kan oppdatere plattformen fra tid til annen, og at dette kan medføre endringer eller avvikling av moduler, funksjoner eller funksjonalitet.

We do not discuss or advise on any issues relating to construction. Accordingly, the contractor, sub-contractor or other third parties selling goods or offering services on or through the Platform are responsible for all services, advice, goods, or similar offered on our through our platform.

Journey is not responsible for the correctness or completeness of any of the information communicated on or through the Platform. If you discover information that is inaccurate or incomplete, please contact the relevant provider of the information.

In order to use the Platform, you must have received an invitation from Us, a Customer or a colleague who has created a company profile, and subsequently registered your own user account on the Platform.

When registering your account, we will ask you to provide necessary credentials, such as your name, address, phone number, and password. 

You must take all reasonable steps to safeguard your login name and password. This includes not revealing them to other people; not leaving your device unattended when logged onto the Platform; and not keeping a physical record of your user name and password. You must ensure that the information is correct.

You are not allowed to register an account with information that belongs to others. You are solely responsible and liable for all actions in your account, this includes all orders, purchases, agreements and similar.

The use of the core modules, features and functionality of the Platform is free of charge for end-users.

In order to enable you to use the Platform, we need to receive, use and store some of your personal data. For more information about our processing of your personal data, we refer to our privacy policy available on our website

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a transfer or assignment of any intellectual property rights to you. In particular, Journey retains all right, title and interest in all intellectual property rights related to the Platform.

All use of the Platform shall be in accordance with these Terms and with applicable laws and regulations. Any breach of these Terms or any other unacceptable behavior, as freely determined by Journey, will be considered as abuse of the Platform. We reserve the right to prevent or stop such abuse. If we suspect such abuse, we are entitled to delete or deactivate your end user account.

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law:

The information and services provided via the Platform are provided "as is" and "as available" and without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that the information will be accurate, adequate, current or complete. We may at any time and without notice modify the Platform, or withhold, suspend or restrict any service available through the Platform. We expressly disclaim any liability which is based on, or arises out of, the information accessed using the Platform. 

We assume no responsibility for consequences relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction you take based on the information available through the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, or consequential costs, claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, or other liabilities resulting from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Any unauthorized use of your user name and password.
• Any delay or loss of access to, or use of the Platform at any time, or any fault or error in the design, content, or engineering of the Platform and third party services.
• Any suspension or restriction of any service available through the Platform.
• Malfunction of any equipment or system, or any network link failure or any cause or event reasonably beyond our control.

Subject to applicable law, the Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms shall be subject to Oslo District Court.

We may from time to time amend the Terms without prior notice. You will always find the latest version of the Terms on our website and in the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform represents your agreement to be bound by the Terms as amended. If you disagree with the amendment, you may discontinue the use of the Platform.
